Schbot Spain is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and users. A customer who does not want to be on our newsletter list or receive notifications about products that may interest them can remove themselves from the target group of recipients at any time. We also use the collected personal data for the delivery of goods and to fulfill our obligations to the customer.

In order to better serve the customer, Schbot Spain may disclose information about individual users to a third party that provides services to Schbot Spain and is contractually obligated to keep the shared information confidential. A third party is, for example, our partner whose tasks are the transport of goods sold in the online store or the provision of an installment service.

The merchant keeps the customer’s personal data, which he has become aware of during the registration and use of the user account, confidential and discloses them to third parties only with the customer’s consent, unless the obligation or right to disclose the data arises from legislation. The user of the online store agrees that the merchant has the right to process his data in order to provide suitable services to the customer, including to forward the customer’s data to persons who are related to the merchant’s provision of services to the customer.

We also process your personal data to fulfill the obligation arising from the Act. For example, obligations arising from the law in processing payments or complying with money laundering rules. In addition, we may be obliged to process the video recording to the investigative authority specified in the law on the basis of the law.

If personal data is processed for a purpose other than that for which it was collected, we will carefully analyze the possibility of such processing in accordance with data protection legislation (General Data Protection Regulation, 2016/679, Article 6(4).

The personal data collected to identify and contact the customer can be viewed, changed and supplemented in the “My information” area of ​​our website. If the e-mail (Schbot website username) changes, please inform us, as the customer cannot change it himself.

Schbot Spain takes all precautions (including administrative, technical and physical measures) to protect the customer’s personal data. Access to change and process data is only available to authorized persons.

Security

All personal data of the customer that becomes known during the visit to the Schbot e-shop and during the purchase process is treated as confidential information. An encrypted data communication channel with banks ensures the security of the personal data and bank details of the buyer.

Personal data is stored on Microsoft Azure servers located in a European Union member state or in a European Union member state.
